At this moment it hasn't come out yet for this device. But in this link from Samsung, it lists this model as getting it... so whenever it comes down the pipeline, you will be able to upgrade.

If you can't wait for the official, there is always the option of rooting it and installing a custom rom.

Lucky you, this seems to be reported just a little bit ago.

It lists the Tab 10.1, but not sure if it's restricted to the data or wifi version, maybe even both will get it.

I just updated my Sony S1 Tablet to 4.0

It's a bit quicker, a little bit more efficient. Haven't had time to really test it - but so far so good.
